Since winning GOM and being awarded the necklace prize that Sam so generously donated, Sam and I have had a couple conversations through PM's. Seems as the place she had make her necklace no longer had the same goldfish beads and a few other details like the color of the other beads, so she was wondering what I would prefer... I knew I would love whatever she decided so told her to surprise me. She sent another PM that said "It is on it's way"
I have been so excited... looking forward to seeing what she had decided, pink beads... green beads... blue/gray bead, gold fishes or something else..... I had no idea how quickly this should arrive. I have never received anything from overseas before.
Saturday I made my ritual walk out to the mailbox to see if the package was here. And what did I find but a package from Germany!! I scurried back up the drive way trying to read the writing on the package and avoiding the mudholes on my way.
I opened the package and this is what I found.
A goldfish bag.....? I don't remember her saying she was sending this...
Inside was a mesh bag holding my necklace.... but what else is in here?
The small fish is a coin purse and there is a very long shoulder strap that is adjustable. (This is SO cute!)
And of course the best for last!!
It is so much prettier in person but could not for the life of me get a decent picture of the necklace.
