Sometimes they will.  I had an oranda once that spewed eggs just from me taking her out of the plastic fish bag she came in and putting her in a temp. tub.
You can try a water change.  Sometimes that help.  If not, then do you have a male that you can put in with her to see if they will spawn?  You def. don't want those eggs to get compacted in her.

My lionchu Rain has dropped eggs twice since I've had her. She's housed with another girl oranda.

I would try the wc. The wakin might be too rough with her.  Try to temp match the water as close as you can.

Hi nickie  ,   i did the WC  this afernoon  and she  liked , cause started to be more active   i hope that helps

i know the wakins are more fast and rough  but this one  is very slow   i guess the ranchu female is more fast  :)  this wakin has a small deoformation on the end of his body very close from his tail  , is like tuisted a little bit so i think thats why he is very slow

It is your call.  If you think the wakin will be okay with her, then it might help to add him in the tank for a while, just to stimulate her into releasing any eggs.
