Well, you can suck them up with a water change, or, if you want to keep some, then you need to put them in a seperate container.  Unless you have the means to raise fry, not to mention a home for them when they get big enough and the time to care for them, then I would suggest doing a big wc or several small ones and getting rid of them.  Of course, your fish can eat some, too.  Good protein for them, just don't let them eat too many.

I think i would like to keep them, i put a bunch in a separate container just now. All this time i thought my fish was having swim bladder issues, turns out he is a she, and she was preggers! Do you know what else i would need to keep the eggs and make them grow?

I don't breed my fish intentionally and I don't keep the eggs.  However, you can read the stickies in this section and the other posts and that should give you an idea of what all it involves.

Just going to bump this old thread.

Rain is spurting eggs like a madwoman. I've been trying to get as many up as I can, but they seem to be sticking to the decor and bottom of the tank and the python won't suck them up. Should I be using a towel or something to be wiping them off? how do you guys usually deal with this?

Of course the two are both eating eggs like its a banquet.

What I do is use my hand, or a paper towel to stir them up, then let them settle back to the bottom of the tank, then suck them up.  You have to unstick them first.
