Okay..... they say we have 3 photo entries and we need a minimum of 10.

so come on all of you out there get your cameras out (and I KNOW afew of you have even gotten new cameras in the past year) and get snapping!!

I personally must take between 25-100 pictures to get 5-10 clear pictures, and out of that 2-5 are "cute" clear pictures........ so snap snap snap away!

I just love seeing all the entries and in my honest opinion I think we are all winners to own the lovely fish we do. Regardless if they are contest winners or not.

I've got one but I'm having an awful time with my computer the last month or two. When I try to access my pictures to resize them or edit them in any way, it says I have no room on my C drive. I'll see what I can do!

We did each enter a fish this time. We haven't done that in the past because that seems like an unfair advantage household wise, but figured at least if it gets the minimum number met quicker that was a good thing. I think we're included in the 7 entries total though.

You are not suppose to edit your pictures other than to crop them down. I think TM does all the editing as far as sizing ect. needed to post them here. There was talk of a Aquauppies calendar at one point in time......... but I am not sure if that is still in the works or if was just talk.

Move Bruce into the Dog House then there wouldn't be an "unfair advantage" per household......... oh wait, you guys don't have any room for a Dog House in your yard, it is all used up with ponds. You can float him a raft and call it a "House Boat"

I am sorry ......... I have been in a goofy mood, must be the age.

So anyway....... I guess we are still looking for 3 more (maybe 2 depending on Wynn)..... So to those of you who have not entered........ we are only about 2 days now away from the close of the contest. Do we really want to wait ANOTHER month or two for 2 or 3 entries??? I am sure there has to be fish worthy to compete!!

Get those cameras warmed up and get some pictures of those lovely finned friends and get them entered!! Hurry up our time is running out on this contest!!!

I have a couple of decent ones that just need some cropping because they are not close up enough to look right in the contest.
I need to email/PM you since you are the camera guru here

My pictures are coming out grainy with the color not so good and I think I've inadvertently changed a setting as I have a foggy memory of something causing that, can't remember...

I'll have one in by the cutoff on Sunday...

I can crop anything, and I prefer them to come to me in the size they are directly from your camera. At some point, we WILL be making those calendars.

There are no rules against that.

For the most part, members don't know who's fish they're voting for, so the contest is quite fair. And if you DO recognize a fish, we prefer that it be kept hush hush until voting is over.

Even though the entries go to TM, I usually recognize almost every fish that is entered. Usually! I just vote for the best pic as it does not matter to me who owns the fish and took the pic. I love all of ya! The best pic is what we are voting on.

I think several of us have entered a less than stellar pic a time or two just to get the contest going !
I had a terrible time deciding this month because I had nothing great, just several fair decent ones and I probably took 200 pics trying to get a good one, LOL!!
